NIn this perspective, we have integrated sophisticated 3D design tools, in interaction with a CAM system, in direct relation with the workshop.

Ultimately, our organization and our experience enable us to analyze, study and solve each of your particular cases ; and to bring you our assistance in establishing your URS.


Our workshop which is complete, autonomous, and equipped with the latest manufacturing tools , is entirely dedicated to the manufacturing of stainless steel components. :

Manufacturing :
punching, folding, assembly (MIG welding of the different stainless steel parts), and finishing ;

Equipment :
assembly of electromechanical equipment ;

Testing :
assembly, then static and dynamic testing of the installations.

All these areas are connected to each other, as well as with the design and engineering department. This enables us to maintain a coherent chain of quality, and to validate, in accordance with the URS established with / by you, all the phases of production / quality : Design (DQ), manufacturing, and testing [IQ (FAT)].


Installation & Qualification

Following the testing of the equipments / installations, those are then 
entirely disassembled, packed, and dispatched on your site for incorporation 
into the process.

Our specialists then carry out the assembly and the qualification of the material installed [IQ/OQ 
(SAT)], according to the beforehand defined procedures. We may carry out the qualification of the 
installations based on our in-house protocols developed by our QA / QC department or, according to 
your own protocols.
